Alien: Covenant set photos leaked and reveal the fate of Dr. Elizabeth Shaw! (SPOILERS)

A batch of Alien: Covenant set photos have leaked online and one of them in particular reveals the fate of our beloved Dr. Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace). Most of the photos below however do not contain any significant spoilers, but the image of Shaw at the end, sure counts as a major one - so, if you wish to avoid said spoiler, I encourage you to wait to view it until after you've seen Covenant for yourself.

... Finally, the fate of Elizabeth Shaw. Sadly, Shaw is not alive during the time the Covenant crew are on Paradise and as we learn in the film, contrary to David's initial explanations, he did not in fact bury Shaw in his garden, or celebrate her life with adoration. Instead, he mutilated her and experimented on her corpse in pursuit of developing the perfect organism...

It's hard to say what exactly David did with Shaw's body. It seems as though he wished to study the Human anatomy so he could fine tune his creations to expertly blend with the host body structure and DNA. But, I theorize that he may have used Shaw's reproductive system as a basis to create the Ovomorph (Egg) as a self-sustaining, life giving pod - to house an organism (the Facehugger) rather than Black Goo pathogens. However, that theory has yet to be confirmed.
