I heard from the reviews this mural scene is not even mentioned again later in the film. Either Ridley & Fox are making 3 hour epic show (released uncut on BluRay) or this is one big epic show split into two ala KILL BILL? The 2nd movie will be an all out "Engineer vs Humans" war movie? Talk about challenging the Gods.

It's almost like a Rorschach painting. The more I look at it, the more images my mind creates. I know it's not really there, but it kind of looks like a Predator mask just above the Xeno's dome head. I wonder how much Giger would charge to do one of those on my living room wall. Or one on the bedroom ceiling to give you good dreams.

If you look at the bottom right area of the mural there's something that almost looks like a facehugger in profile, with its tail semi-curled inward behind it. Interesting.

Ridley Scott will eventually tell us how the Queen was born. Right now we have the Deacon; coming soon the Mercury, the May and the Taylor.
