Sir Ridley, please tell us AWAKENING would be what we PROMETHEUS fans have been waiting for since you mentioned ALIEN - PARADISE LOST the first time!

And, as mentioned by dk, Sir Ridley, would you please release a proper DC of Prometheus?

Following Prometheus - and if you remember, back then people thought it would lead up to "Alien" and answer questions, turned out the movie postet way more questions than it answered in the first place - there were hugh discussions in the fan-community what this or that has to mean, the mythological connections between greek mythologie and Christianity - speaking of Prometheus vs Lucifer for example - and dozens of valid interpretations and theories.

My question to Sir Ridley Scott would be, if he was aware of these vivid discussions in the community and a) if he took pride in it (taking it as an indicator that the movie was interesting and inspiring) and b) in how far some theories that he may have read online may have had an influence on the direction in which the Alien Mythologie will move. Or had he made up his mind and knew from the beginning exactly where he would go with the sequels?

Question for R. Scott and any producers:

Are they aware of the game ALIEN: Isolation, and do they consider it to be a genuine part of the ALIEN Universe, considering it draws so heavily from ALIEN and was done with an obvious deep appreciation of that film?

We see the Derelict in Alien seems more Bio-Mechanical and very HR Giger Atheistic compared to the Engineers Technology in Prometheus and maybe Alien Covenant.  It was mentioned we have not yet reached this Aesthetic Yet. Does this mean the HR Giger Influences are something to come, or something very Ancient.

I would like to ask Ridley Scott, how long has he known where the Alien story truly began?

I am not whining but am just curious. Does the complete absence of East Asians(especially men) in your movies not warrant some kind of explanation? like some kind of disease wiping out only Asian men but not women?  Or some kind of Black Panther taking over the US and killing all Asian men at least in the US?  It kind of bothers me not from political activists' point of view but just for the sake of plausibility.

I've wondered about that: I would like to ask Ridley Scott, how long has he known where the Alien story truly began?

Because it's seems like he's been making it up as he's been making the film's. At least that's what he said...i wonder if he had any rough ideas earlier on.

It's difficult to ask questions as many of them will be answered or not by watching the new film :) . Like when will we see this demi God...or other higher beings as hinted in the Prometheus art book or...are there prophecies involved with this set of films.

Anyway it is looking very good so far ...it could well be the film many people wanted with Prometheus...hopefully we see this story open up into the enormity that could well be something like what actually exists in our universe...things almost as old as the universe...And maybe some older!....fingers crossed! And good luck...

To Michael Fassbender - 

1. I came away from Alien Covenant with the conclusion that the biggest monster in the entire Alien franchise was not the Xenomorph....it was David. Was it difficult play someone so morally indifferent?

1) if David the new hero, a metaphor for us technology loving humans with confused emotions and reservoir of creative intentions yet destruction capabilities 

2) if RS is a replicant from the future with answers about our origins,  you can poke himor something.

I have a question for Ridley.

At what point did you completely lose grip on the genius you created with Alien (1979)? At which point did you decide to abandon the mystery and creepiness of the xenomorph and turn it into a terrible CGI mindless monster in Covenant?

Generally interested to know how aware he is that he has undone all the amazing lore he set down. How aware he is that James Cameron showed you how to add action to Alien and still be incredible and interesting. How aware he is he's lost all constraint?

Do you feel that the story of Alien Covenant is any of the following..

1) A paradoxical polar opposite to Alien Resurrection that is able to withstand the depth of Resurrection

2) A representation of the idea that self-awareness is a false bias (an idea which relates particularly to the fate of Elizabeth Shaw)

3) A representation of an external force using an original and its replication as replications of each other

Thank you very much. I'm a lifelong Alien fan, and wanted a sequel to Prometheus that was about Elizabeth Shaw, but am nevertheless happy with the sequel that was made.

Do you and John Logan have any plans on bringing the Space Jockey front and center as a major character in your future installment(s)?  In addition, will it be something beyond an Engineer in a chair suit??

I hear that the engineers are pretty much ignored in covenant.And that most of the important questions from promethius don't even get addressed. Mr. Scott, come on man...What the hell? Been waiting a long time for this movie, now gotta wait some more?I like the mindless killing monsters as much as anyone.But you really had something going with Promethius.I really hope that all of that genius storytelling does not just get ignored.

Also my question would have been: "How many questions from Prometheus will be answered in Covenant?"

I know why Alien Covenant went in the direction it did because it's an "Alien" movie. However, actually exploring where Prometheus left off would have been far more exciting. How about making a new movie that explores the "Engineers" and their home world.

Will we ever get to know how the Space Jockeys ship in the original Alien movie got to planet LV-426 with David's facehugger eggs aboard?

Question for anyone that can answer. From Prometheus to Covenant we find out David created the Aliens we know from hybrid experiments 2094-2104. If they are first created during that time then how have they been around for thousands of years? The Predators clearly had them around to hunt for a long time before they get created as we see in Alien vs Predator Antarctic hunters base and the Alien bones in Predator 2 on the ship. Both of which are proof they have been around way before David creates them. This looks like a Major plot hole.

also, how would you feel about someone else making a movie following Ellen Ripleys daughter Amanda after the events of alien isolation? do you think there was ever some sort of rebellion against the Weyland Yutani Corperation and do you think it would make for a good movie?

Well, this is very interesting, I am intrigued by this event, AVPGALAXY has already published their online from World Premiere interviews made in LONDON, but no SCIFIED. When are they expected?
