"He's a doctor? Not like a real doctor right?" Acquisition 2025. See link on DarthWalton site YouTube.
Thanks Chris! I hope you'll get the opportunity to experience it!
Really thorough review Neomorph! That's some quality content! I have yet to find time to give this one a try as well, but this review sold me on it too. Great review!
Glad to hear it! I'm certain you'll enjoy it, remember to use headphones for maximum immersion 😉
What a great review! You convinced me to give this game a try 🙂
Don’t care much for his comment. But to be honest, aliens is one of my least favorite from the franchise.
That's such a fun podcast, been watching for awhile on Michael Biehn's YouTube. Glad it's getting more popular.
2026 is upon us so I’m hoping this is nearing release…
IIRC they are waste depository. Can be for fecal waste and or resin. Their saliva naturally cures into resin as well. But as for the dorsal tubes, they are comparative to how we both urinate and and fornicate with the same tool ourselves.
Incredible
It seems he back tracked his opinion on Romulus. Leading up to the movie last year it was said he loved it. In the podcast here I guess he says he liked parts of it. James is weird with Alien anyway. He puts AVP in third. Famously hates Alien 3 which i get at least. Was critical of Prometheus and Covenant. Prometheus I believe he said it's not what he would have done. Covenant he disliked the dark ending. I think this is all on Romulus being fan service heavy which does kinda call back Aliens more than any other movie. Definitely on point there. Honestly Alien doesn't need Jim. It just needs someone who will take risks and successfully pull them off.
I think Ridley took creative risks with Prometheus but due to the fan backlash it forced studio heads to course correct back to familiar territory. Every entry since has been more of a nod to Cameron’s film over Ridley's and perhaps that's what he means by too fan driven. Cause, the irony now being, a lot of us are sick of the recycled Aliens tropes and are begging for some creative groundbreaking like what Scott originally set out to do with his prequels. The Alien franchise is in a questionable spot right now, but maybe I'm biased.
Cameron's statement is ridiculous regardless. Fan driven? Since when? The average fan likes two maybe three movies in the series at most. Even his film is somewhat divisive. Shut up Jim. Stick with Avatar. He'll be making those until he's dead at this rate. Same guy gave Terminator Genisys a stamp if approval and wrote and produced Dark Fate. What did those do? Go hard on fan service? Isn't that a fan driven approach? I think so.
There's some irony here. Calling out Cameron for liking Earth while named after Resurrection. Subjectivity is clearly lost on people.
Aliens is one of the best in the franchise.
Some new ones by another artist I enjoy, Jared Modina:Really like his take on the Xenomorph Warrior here.
Impressive. Most impressive.
Hi. I became a fan when I saw Alien 2 in the theatre in 1986. I was nine years old. The scene where she goes back to get Newt is the most suspenseful scene I've ever seen in movie history.
The franchise could use his help AE was terrible and it doesn’t sound like Romulus 2 is happening now
I don’t understand how he could have liked Alien: Earth.. the show was so bad it made a mockery of his work in Aliens. I bet he hasn’t even seen it.
I voted for Kirsh, but I love both of them.
he's alive. david thinks he killed him but he regenerates again then rebuilds the crashed engineer ship from prometheus. uses it to track down David & the covenant before its too late.
Can you post a download link please 🙏
Doug only needs to use 0.1% of 0.1% of his power to win this like what Caseoh Godzilla going to do?
Kirsh is a Prodigy synthetic, not a Weyland-Yutani synthetic. There did not appear to be any Weyland-Yutani synthetics in season one of Alien: Earth.
I hated Kirshe
Welp, the votes here are unanimous 😅 yet, why are we already getting a green lit AE S2 and Romulus 2 is still nowhere to be found...
I just want a skinned body hanging someplace.
That sucks. I just wanted a skilled body hanging in a background someplace obscure.
So glad you are using the open matte version! Please include 5.1 audio and if possible, include the onscreen subtitle translation when the engineer speaks to Weyland & Shaw. Can’t wait to see it regardless.
\o/ i'm so hyped for this \o/
-- been diggin through the internet far 'n' wide, heck even back in time, doin what i can t' locate the single most complete versions o' each movie in the alien 'n' predator series ( director's cuts / fan-edits / extra deeplore from the official youtube channel / etc ), though many leads just led me t' dead ends or seedless torrent-only type files that can never get past 99.9% downloaded for whatever reason, 'n' now finally, after days o' nonstop diggin, i found this, the most promisin fan-edit forum post i've seen, describin exactly what i've been lookin for.
we'll eagerly be lookin forward t' this, will be sure t' let other fans know the project is in development, hopefully word'll spread enough for people t' find this more easily.
I thought Elle Fanning as Thia was unimpressive, too emotive/emotional for a synth, but I was blown away by her Tessa. I kept seeing shared mannerisms/gestures/postures with Kirsh from A:E and Ash, Bishop, others. Really impressive. To absolutely nail the rendition as one character, and then intentionally not get it right with another, single actor, single movie? Very impressive and clearly intentional.
No thanks, I'm not interested in another David movie, the prequels were bad enough. A movie based on androids don't interest me, that's why I haven't bothered with the Alien TV-series, plus I don't have the channel that shows it. Watching a Romulus 2 would be more interesting, to be honest.
S.M do you base your belief about Martin on the workprint, which has a very brief glimpse of someone mopping while Clemens and Ripley talk? Combined with Martin being named in the novelization as mopping while they talk, I definitely agree with you.
I have no idea who plays Mark Vincent, but I am pretty sure that Mark Anthony Newman is the "Nameless Inmate" who participates in the rape scene (along with Junior, Peter Gregor, and Clive William). If S.M thinks he is Martin, I would go along with that, as Martin is the only one of the unidentified inmates besides Mark Vincent to have any actual role in events (in this case, in the novelization, apparently).
