Holy Christ, I just got home from work.  I rustled up some grub and then found this.  I've got to say I have never been a true horror fan/gore hound.  I've never watched any SAW movies (torture porn?).  I did like George Romero's Zombie movies though.....

Needless to say, once I pressed play, I stopped eating for 10 minutes....... I honestly thought for half a second, "I'm not sure I actually want to see this...." then I manned up and thought "Holy mother of God, this whole movie all together is going to be unlike anything else I can think of....

..... then I finished eating :-)

Seriously it'll take more than that to put me off my food :-)

But Oh My God this is going to blow people's minds what with the story, the philosophy of who created who/what, the identity crisis of David/Walter, the same but different.... and the pure art of the visuals.  I think the best directors are actual artists, ie they can draw and/or paint like Ridley, James Cameron and David Lynch too.... their imagination knows no bounds.

OK, so this was the same footage they showed at SXSW. I just want to add that the CGI on the baby neomorphs is exponentially better than when it was shown at SXSW in March. This bodes well for everyone who was worried about the proto/xeno from the trailer.

YES...the acting is LOADS better all the way round! Of course, a great script never hurts!

My slight worries about this movie are now gone after watching this. Thank you.
