One of the potential outcomes for the Offspring's final form would have seen the creature transform from Humanoid Engineer to Xenomorph, with a Xenomorph skull bursting from behind the eyes of the Offspring's adolescent form. This would have been the final form reveal - ultimately this concept went unused.
