Remember-The-Nostromo!
MemberOvomorph08/8/20111. Has anyone found official or fan-made shirts / hoodies based on Prometheus yet?
2. Would it be possible to see Prometheus adapted to graphic novel format via Heavy Metal Publications? It was that company (no pun intended) that gave us the excellent ALIEN-THE ILLUSTRATED STORY.
3. Any word on companies wanting to produce Prometheus collectibles yet? I'd think some licensing news should be trickling down by now.
4. With the recent set leaks in mind - have any exterior spaceship designs surfaced yet? Would love to see what the Prometheus and Magellan look like

AdminEngineer08/8/2011We emailed FOX a couple months ago purposing a merchandise campaign in which we offered to make, produce and giveaway PROMETHEUS T-shirts and ball caps, but they turned down our purposal on grounds of copyright violations. They said that if we were to go ahead and create merchandise with their Prometheus logo in association with our site address that it would violate their intellectual property agreements. So as far as clothing merchandise goes, I would say none right now.
As for novels, comics, etc... who knows. Probably won't see any of that untuil the movie is released or very close to the release date.

MemberOvomorph08/11/2011Hey guys,
I am so glad that someone is thinking like me. I would be so stoked if the action figure line would be done by hasbro like a star wars or gi joe scale in the space jockey would be the same scale as galactus. It is such a bummer that kenner had an sction figure line for the first alien that fit the movie precisly and it never hit the shelves. It is just an idea. You know dark horse comics us going ro have their hand involved in this but I think alot of items related to prometheus will be released at th eleventh hour. Ridley is a smart film maker and he knows how to sell this movie by keeping things elusive. Its brilliant!

MemberOvomorph08/13/2011I hope there is an adaption by Heavy Metal magazine - the film
would be in 'good hands'. Also a good, thick novel.
