Enhanced Eddie
MemberOvomorph02/3/2012There are quite a few leaked set photos, official photos and trailer footage of several alien rooms from different angles. I think it would be great if those with more time than me could reconstruct some of these rooms in as much detail as possible. Perhaps ultimately draw best guess schematics of these rooms. There seems to be good material for the following rooms.
Space Jockey - Map Room
Ampule Head Room (include location of SJ body and head)
Pit room
Once these are done, there might be clues to connect together some of these with some of the hallway shots.
I'd love to do this myself, but I have no drafting skills or time to pull all the images together. It is a sort of puzzle with lots of missing pieces, and I do love puzzles. It could be a group effort with everyone adding or correcting details once its started.
The Space Jockey room has been examined pretty well in this blog, but a single drafted drawing that pulls it all together would be even better.

MemberOvomorph02/3/2012I can't wait for this film, but this seems like a project that wouldn't be very helpful. I'm with you on your enthusiasm! Prometheus will be an outstanding film, no matter how over-hyped it is in our minds. Everyone here is going to dig it.
I also think its funny that folks talk about not wanting the next trailer to reveal much, but simultaneously over-analyzing every single leaked photo and still frame from the trailer.
Ultimately I can't wait for the next trailer, if there is one (I don't think there needs to be another one to be honest).

MemberOvomorph02/3/2012I'm not sure what you mean by helpful. I'm only suggesting a fun activity during the current dearth of new material. I don't expect it would reveal plot secrets or anything profound.

MemberOvomorph02/3/2012I think it would be interesting to see some extrapolation on the pictures as well. I enjoy all the speculation, and hope this movie is better than we have imagined it to be.
I just hope we haven't already hyped this film to the point that no matter what, it won't live up to our expectations.

I got pumped as soon as they said "Ridley Scott" and "Alien prequel" in the same sentance!! it's gonna be good what ever!! I'm trying not to build up my expectations...Maybe Enhanced Eddies side project will take our minds off things for a little while!!!
