Not aware anyone's promised one but most movies usually have one, especially huge-budget movies like Prometheus.
But I'd chalk up the talk here more to people like myself who simply WANT to see another trailer.
If we're predicting (should we place odds?), I'm going with 1st week of March. That's 3 months after the teaser and 3 months before the movie is released.

I thought they had this release in March, but it is showing up in April. 20th century fox release.
