gigers unused alien concept

Can't view from my android tablet will look tomorrow from my computer. On a different note.... I planned not to return to this site because so many had gotten way "out there". With thier posts. Reading a recent "sick" tale I wondered if someone has posted to the wrong site?? Prometheus is not a porno movie.... I am addictedto this movie and it hasn't even debuted! However I am repulsed by someone's "tales" and believe those "comments" shoild be forever LOCKED! please get back to idealisms about the film. Giger deserves that respect (as does Sir Ridley)

jbs, That was a single individual. He has since been ip banned from the forum so he can't come back under another name and all of his posts have been deleted. It was a childish act while people were away to start posting repulsive pedophilia type text on the site because I had banned him regarding an over the top vulgar post about how he wanted the rape scene in Prometheus to be more than 5 minutes long. Rest assured that type of behavior is not tolerated here. We do discuss sexuality because that is part of Giger's and Ridley's scope of the movie but do so respectfully and intelligently because there are minors that visit the forums. @wheresbasky? i am not sure if i got the right video, the one with the brown space jockey and the strange sounds??? i thinks thats just fan made :P and the sounds.... kind of creepy lol. @danrald i know, his awesomeness was to much for FOX to handle lol!

I would like to see Prometheus incorporate the 'transparent' ALIEN skin that was experimented with during the making of the first film.

I think we'll just simply see a pre-Xenomorph, but larger and more intelligent. . . Due to the reproduction process occuring within Space Jockey's this time.

There are several scene's particularly with strobe lights where this is apparent. Looks like they did it with clear vacuform plastic and sprayed the inside. The (spine) or whatever visible through the partially clear cranium is not unlike what they did with the exterior of the warriors in Aliens.

@skyguy1054 no he is talking about the actual skin, it was originally going to be somewhat transparent along with the head bit it looked like crap so they painted it :)

The movie Species used the transparent skin effect on it's creature, and I thought it turned out pretty cool.

Loved Gigers re design for Alien 3. The slightly more feminin appearance, the claws, the tongue. Typical of the bastard producers to stuff this up as well. Giger was massively ripped off by the greedy bastards. His assistant created this amazing sculpture of his original design.
