You Guys Might Like This...

First post and all... thought this might be a decent introduction. Long story short, I'm a huge fan of the Alien Anthology, minus of course that garbage that was A:R. Anyway, just came back from another deployment to Afghanistan with a package waiting for me in our battalion mail-room, I suppose they held it seeing as how close we were to our re-deployment phase and all. My cousin who works in Hollywood as a set-designer, knows how deep my Alien saga fanaticism goes and sent me a few things, as he has done over the years concerning different films. However, the contents of this package absolutely blew my mind. He had been working with Sigourney Weaver on a film that wrapped a little while ago (not sure what it is) and struck up a long conversation with her about the industry, her roles, and specifically about her involvement in the Alien franchise. I guess the conversation moved on to me, my deployment in Afghanistan, and my otherwise lingering obsession with all things Alien. She told David that she'd bring a few things in for me the next day so he could mail them off to me, of course my cousin didn't really think anything would come of it, movie star mentality and all. Well, she came in the next morning with the items she said she would. The photos might be a little hard to see but honestly, that's not the most impressive piece of memorabilia she was intent on handing over....
