PROMETHEUS TV SPOT (FINALLY)

was glued to the season 2 finale of "The Walking Dead", when at 12 minutes into the episode, there pops up the "20th Century Fox / Scott Free films logos...!! FINALLY - - a proper TV advert for this great looking film...! the PROMETHEUS spot showed pretty much the same shots, a new shot of a pristine calm lake / mountains, a different side angle of the PROMETHEUS craft on approach to the planetoid was the only shot that i had not seen yet. it was a short trailer, a little over one minute i think the tone of this trailer focuses a bit on Shaw / Holloway discovering the "invitation" to seek out the Engineers i understand that "viral marketing" seems to be the route that most films are going, either that, or web banners / splash pages on popular sites but i do HOPE that this film uses the traditional TV advert route, i think a LOT of decent films don't do as much box office as they could, due to the fact that studios aren't willing to fork over the money to the networks in any case, i was really happy to see the trailer for PROMETHEUS FINALLY air on TV, and i am hoping that by no means will be the last i see of it on TV this spring
