Shaws body in 1979 alien!

When you compare the new trailer footage and watch closely when shaw is screaming laying in what resembles a sleep chamber it looks like tentacles or finger/legs from a face hugger! What if she is impregnated by it and the alien bursts through her space jockey suit and runs off through the ship? If she's female then the buster may be a queen, thus producing all the eggs that lambert Cain and Dallas find in 1979 film... The suit even has hole in chest that they find! What's your thoughts??

God I give up!.... It seems a bit far fetched for me. Everyone seems to be clutching at straws to find some sort of connection to Alien. Ive not heard a good one as yet.

I'm thinking I see a hint of a mouth on the front of the thing. Tentacles would be its body, I suppose. More similar to the chestburster than the facehugger.

Yes.. I was coming up with the same conclusion... she gave birth to an egg.. but the odd thing is that it looks like she had a c-section, but left the umbilical cord attached, then put the egg into the swivel thing for some reason.. strange...

Biomechanic has hit the nail on the head! NOw - we all have read the tie-in to the orginal movie (I saw it when I was 17), so no we can wait to see the movie without ANY more questions/conjectures/what-if's on this science FICTION movie. Just enjoy it wit a large popcorn and cherry coke!

"If she's female then the buster may be a queen" There is no queen in the original Alien story. I seriously doubt she is the space jockey. The ship is filled with thousands, possibly millions of eggs which could not be laid in that short of a time span by your alleged "Elizabeth Shaw space jockey queen"

Who/what is extracting the proto facehugger with the clamps? And in the upper left hand corner it's either a distorted reflection or it looks like an Alien imo
