Shaw assaults a crew member...

She has been impregnated by a Jockey (possibly?) The crew are looking at experimenting and analysing what is inside her.

I may be wrong but inside that hazmat suit is not a person, it is umm, something else. You could try to step-frame it. Then again some humans look too alien to pass for human.

That occurred to me as well, but there are differences in this scene from the scenes that we suspect are related to her "birthing" whatever is inside her. For one thing, she appears fully clothed in this scene, or at least to be wearing a full body hospital-type gown. She is just in the standard crew undies in the other scenes. For another, it seems like she is voluntarily submitting to the procedure in the birthing scene, which I think is understandable. She wants it out, who wouldn't, and she needs the crew's help for that. But in this scene, whatever is being done is clearly not okay. Also, sort of assuming that the birthing follows right after stumbling down the hallway/collapsing in the sickbay, it doesn't seem like she would have much energy for resistance. So yeah, I thought of that Priest, but I have my doubts.

A lot of people seem to have signed off on the whole rape/pregnancy idea with Shaw. My impression has always been that whatever happens to her is deliberately done to her by Company scientists.

Except in that scene she has a rather large gash on her abdomen, as if she had just undergone a C-section, but never had it closed up.

It wasn't a crew member. I think this scene may be the epilogue of the film, when Shaw is somehow rescued and ends up in a Weyland Corp lab. She hits a Weyland Corp researcher having seen Vicker's treachery and what the company's real intentions are...
