I think The Engineer a.k.a. the blue guy is somehow going to play a big challenge to the crew. In one of the trailers Shaw tells us that if the alien spacecraft leaves the planet there wont be a home to go back to. Perhaps The Engineer is planning to destroy humanity somehow... And perhaps our old friends the xenos will have a part to play in all this.
