ideas on infections and babys

i'm just wondering if anybody has ideas for the storyline my idea is Holloway touches something and it like burns his skin from the trailers maybe he is the person that gets goo all over themselves and i'm thinking maybe after he has sex with shaw and she becomes infected and gives birth to a squid like creature which grows instantly and kills some crew members just a theroy but then i leave one question how does the space jockey fit in i was thinking he is the blue guy ( maybe Holloway or David) put a big heavy suit on and sit in their chair and try to leave the planet with their ship but prometheus being drove by Janek which crashes into the derelict which has a giant stick go into the space jockey and the derelict lands on lv-426 Just a theroy also guessing that the two final survivors are Vickers and Shaw wish David but i know he is a goner
