There wasn't any CGI alien in Alien 3; that was a puppet superimposed into the film. They may have used sparse amounts of CGI for the lighting, but it was 98% a guy in a suit and a puppet.

I hated that frackin design. Well, im not sure which I hated more - the design, or the piss poor primitive CGI they used to animate it. My vision of a "pure design" would be something serpentine, or more like the alien race that created it.

No it wouldn't. Ridley himself said that the xeno has been used and reused to death, and he's very right. Please don't get me wrong, I love both the creature and the Alien movies - even the third one had some great ideas, but frankly, I'd rather see five seconds of Lance Henriksen in Prometheus than five seconds of any form of xeno. Even the xeno sculpture on the ceiling of the ampule room is too much. and if you're interested in xeno inspiration, look up the coat of arms of the Swiss town of Chur. OK, so it's a capricorn - but it resembles a xeno in overall shape - connect the horns together and you get almost a xeno head, turn the stylized capricorn neckhair into dorsal horns, and reimagine its protruding tongue as the xeno's protruding jaw. Congratulations - you've got youself a xeno! You may think it's too different and I'm talking nonsense; to this, I'd just state that a certain HR Giger was born and has spend most of his life in this very town.

I wouldn't mind another xeno focused movie so long as it was with a decent script. 3 & 4 were poorly written and did nothing for the franchise.

2 is a good movie, but ruined the Alien, its not a fricking Ant

I don't want a xeno. AvP ruined it for me. It's over, let it stay at disney world and live on in really really shitty comic books.
