When is the deadline date to be rated PG-13 or R? I've have not found it

Because there is no deadline for now.

Hasn't been screened for the ratings board yet.

Likely won't be rated til about 1-2 weeks before release. According to some interviews with Scott it's looking like a PG-13 is gonna happen. Too bad. I think the studio wants the larger audience that's why they don't want the R rating.
