Promeheus graphic novel

I have story about graphic novels: We had about 10mins to spare before going into see 'the phantom menace' in the cinema, so we went in a shop just to waste-time and buy kets. A friend handed me a copy of the phantom menace graphic novel, saying "you use to like comics check this out." I brainlessly flicked through the book and the page stopped where my thumb was...... right at moment where darth maul is cut in half. I screamed NNNOOOOO!!!! and closed my eyes, but once its seen it can never be unseen haha moral of the story is..... never read a graphic novel unless you wanna spoil the movie

they aint novels!! lol. i still call them comic books. makes me wonder if they started calling them graphic novels because of parents yelling at their kids to read and that "comics dont count, put that trash away!"

a graphic novel of PROMETHEUS would be awesome, personally, i'm more inclined to the classic comic look although i think a mash-up of traditional hand drawn art, mixed in the the precision of vector art would be great i'm hoping it will look like this, but fresh [img]http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0LGgXkczwYg/TesQa7LJaYI/AAAAAAAADiw/88AYE5pexoY/s1600/ALIEN_GN.jpg[/img] time will tell...

Although I rarely do any pop media art (or [i]fan[/i] art), I actually would love to do some Prometheus inspired art at some point. Maybe if I get some free time--although most likely "spacegirl" takes on Shaw or Vickers. Perhaps when we have more reference material--I dunno. I DO hope that the film will inspire a lot of cool stories and art. Seems the Alien films were always good with that. I remember [b][i]Deadliest of the Species[/i][/b] rather well. That was a great story, and would have made better film for the AvP universe. Too bad they didn't have the nuts to do that. Anyone have [b]Aliens: Lovesick[/b] by Richard Forgues (Forg)?
