Prometheus and the Betty

Hello everyone I'm Dave and I'm new so I apologise if this has been already covered. Do you think the Prometheus ship and The Betty look similar? Like they are from the same era or manifacturer? I think I recall them saying in alien resurrection that the Betty was ancient. What do you guys think?

Ah cool I'm glad others noticed this. It does look a lot smaller. I have the quadrilogy on DVD so I may have to watch at the weekend. I'm sure they say the Betty is an ancient relic of a spacecraft. Thay are all making fun of it when it docks ?

Yes Ripley jokes saying that the ship is older than her, was it made by Weyland Corp though?

It does have similar features..Perhaps the Betty was an attack ship version of the Prometheus.
