Shaw is the Space Jockey's mother?

I posted this two days ago on avpgalaxy.net forums, but didn't get much of a reaction so I thought I should check with you guys as well (people seem to be a bit more active over here): Maybe this have been suggested before, but I would propose the theory that... ... Elisabeth Shaw is the mother of the Space Jockey! RS has gone on record to say that his movie is influenced by the Ancient Astronaut theories, and these are in turn influenced by what is written in the Bible. The Nephilim are the giant offspring of fallen angels (the "200 Watchers") who against God's orders descend to Earth and marry human females. Human female = Elisabeth Shaw (who has an alien baby with tentacles, the "squid", surgically removed in the trailer) The Fallen Angels = The Engineers (they capture Shaw and impregnate her) The Nephilim = The Space Jockey(s) (the squid grown up to become the large blueish creature who eventually ends up in the "cannon chair" - remember the speed at which the original xenomorph developed) From Wikipedia: The Nephilim[pronunciation?] (plural) are the offspring of the "sons of God" and the "daughters of men" in Genesis 6:4, or giants who inhabit Canaan in Numbers 13:33... ...The New American Bible commentary draws a parallel to the Epistle of Jude and the statements set forth in Genesis, suggesting that the Epistle refers implicitly to the paternity of Nephilim as heavenly beings who came to earth and had sexual intercourse with women.[19] The footnotes of the Jerusalem Bible suggest that the Biblical author intended the Nephilim to be an "anecdote of a superhuman race".[20] Genesis 6:4 implies that the Nephilim have inhabited the earth in at least two different time periods—in antediluvian times "and afterward." If the Nephilim were supernatural beings themselves, or at least the progeny of supernatural beings, there is a theory that the "giants of Canaan" in Book of Numbers 13:33 were the direct descendants of the antediluvian Nephilim, or were fathered by the same supernatural parents. I don't buy it sorry. The space jockeys / engineers already exhist; the temple and derelict are there, so unless there is time travel, which I hope to god there isn't then it is completely impossible for thie to happen. What would make sense is that Shaw is the Mother to the Xenomorph. We will see the progenitor to the xenomorth in this movie and the fact that Holloway is infected and has sex with Shaw will thus create the xenomorph or the 'progenitor to the xenomorph'. As Janek has already said in an interview "it's how the Mum and Dad meet"...........

RS said that recently that the link between Prometheus and Alien won't be estabolished until the last 7 min of the movie...so, we'll have to see.

Well the whole other Ancient Acounts based on the Bible could be flawed. The Bible kinda states, well those who beleave it that it is the first writen document and that it is as old as the Earth. Its as old as Genisis and thus 6000 years old, now that means no live was on Earth before 4000 BC The oldest recorded Civilisation was the Sumerians again at about 4000BC and their view was we was created not by God but by Gods, beings from the Stars or Anunaki who are described pretty much like how the Blue Meanie Guys look. Funny enough the Bible stats that "Let us create Man in our Image" note OUR, funny thing for a ONE GOD to say. I know what your saying and yes this movie is going to play on the simular acounts of Gods/Creators of Mankind who in many Ancient Civilisations are depicted as Humaniod but standing about 10ft Tall.

As far as the Proto Xeno, well it depends indeed if this movie is a direct link to Alien and by that, that the Derelict in this movie finds its way to LV 426. If thats so lets look at the Aliens in this movie we see so far.... [b]Blue Guys[/b] who are Space Jockeys... nope they may create or play a part in creation of the Xeno but they dont become one. [b]Small Worms[/b] Such as what David sees wriggling around on that dish/lid and the one that we see in Holloways eye. Well i think these are parasites that alter its hosts DNA, they may be the beginings of the Xeno much like how some debate Mamals came from Fish. [b]Big Worms[/b] well again these could just be grown versions of above and again alter their hosts DNA and cause them to mutate. Does the Mutated Human become Xeno, its a posibility. [b]Organism in Ampules[/b] Well their is something organic in those urns but what can it be, are they the Worms, are they a supstance that can create or modify life or are they some kind of Embrio or maybe what will change into Eggs? [b]Shaws Squid Baby[/b] This Organism is a true Hybrid its not a Human thats mutated but indeed a early stage Embrio thats infected/modifield by the Alien DNA/Bio-Former. This could indeed be what creates the Xenos, this Organism may not grow into a Xeno, but it may be what creates the Face Hugger or Eggs. Then again maybe something else becomes the Xeno and this Squidy Thingy is a different Organism that can be explored in another movie and hence a follow up that would explore a new creature and maybe the Space Jockeys while branching away from the Alien Xeno which would be explained at the end of this movie but then no need to visit again in a potential sequal.
