Alien Novel SJ Noble?

Just finished reading Alien, couple of things that may or may not have relevance. 1st - Kane, Dallas, and Lambert enter the derelict, they never come across the SJ in the chair but they do find a open URN . 2nd - When Ash is plugged back in a talking about his secret mission, he mentions that the company picked up the distress signal and it contained detailed info about the derelict pilots being noble and gentle creatures and warning people to stay the muthatruck away! I'm hoping, there aren't any loop holes in the story otherwise well i just finished reading a completely unrelated story.

Yes! After all these years (I read it when it was first published), I remember being disappointed that the SJ scene was not included. That was probably the main reason I purchased the book and a real let-down.

Lol, I got swayed there Mudstaind, I thought you meant a Prometheus novelisation by an author called SJ Noble as opposed to an AD Foster.
