THE ALIEN(s)? WILL NOT PREVAIL !
Or is the answer that they are for the most part already long dead & gone??
We know that based on the events of and after we meet the Nostromo crew in the first Alien movie, Earth has colonized SPACE and are harvesting minerals and resources for at least 500 Trillion Kilometeres in all directions?? (Zeta Reticulli alone is 390 Trillion Kilometers away!). There are NO encounters with ANY all powerful and all knowing space faring Alien races. The universe is basically "ours".
So then the obvious implication is that while everyone in the Prometheus expedition may end up perishing in this story, the EARTH itself remains safe... right??
So what do you think happens?...
- The Aliens were already dead and gone and the Prometheus crew have to deal with a few odd "hangers on?" ((Could all the Ampules be a form of masoleum?))
- The Aliens are NOT dead, but we end up setting off a cataclysm that ends up destroying them all?
- The Aliens are NOT dead, but they simply end up likening us to ants or mosquitoes pestering them at their "Summer Home" and move further off away from our nuisance?.
- The Aliens are NOT dead, and STILL have a very thriving all powerful and all knowing "Empire", but we enlist the aid of some indeginous furry locals who have just mastered "fire" and sharpened sticks.. Oh let say we call them "Ewoks" and this furrly little friends will end up inexplicably kicking the "Empires" ass?? ((Even though its obvious that the "Empire" still has occupied worlds throughout the universe and most probably still many, MANY, more ships))
- Or None of the above??
