well said and my welcomes as well, and it just so happens I agree completely with that last part.

There are so so many ways it could end we really could be suprised when we find out the truth. All we know in terms of Organisms is we do see Worm/Eel life forms in 3-4 scenes, vary in sizes and that they seem to mutate and change the Human DNA into a Hybrid or new Creature. Shaws gets Pregnant either by someone infected with the Organism DNA or by a Organism itself. As a Embryo has less DNA to re-write we get a pure form of Organism. How it ends who knows... It would depend on if the Derelict in this movie is the one that eventuall gets to LV426. In that case i would say the Urns are already on board as how would the crew of Prometheus be able to carry on board so many. What causes the Xeno in Alien we dont know but hopefully we shall. 1) Is it Shaws Baby that then starts laying Eggs? (or changing Urns to Eggs)? 2) Is its Shaws Baby that implants something inside the Space Jockey that creates the Xeno? 3) Is it Shaws Baby that implants something in or modifies David to become the Proto Xeno? 4) Is it one of those Organism/Worms that infects Space Jockey to create Xeno? 5) Is it one of those Organism/Worms that infects David to create Xeno? 6) Is it one of the infected hybrid crew that become the Proto Xeno? 7) Is the Xeno already created just maybe stored on LV426 or in another temple that the Derelict is trying to get to in order to load up on Cargo/Ammo for its Bio Weapon? Those 7 things could be what we can make out as potential answers but i guess we just dont know, it could be something completely different to any of the above.

Sjs, at least as appear on the tralier, are rather hostile to man...Stil find it a little hard to buy....I mean, if sjs are the bad guys, then the xenos (squid form) must be indigenous creatures on LV223? Or having been brought there by sjs. The scene where David is inside a 3d hologram of the known cosmos, probably indicates where the sjs have gone and visited ,and maybe marked planet with intelligent life. Works as an autopilot to for their ship. Probably found the squid in one of their journey if it;s not indigenous. Higly unlikely the squid was found by man first. So what you say, transcodes to me like this: Somehow Mr Weyland, has translated the pictograms first. He has found clues and maybe visited in the past , first LV223, and has come to the conclusion that the Sjs are malevolent and tend to destroy every evolved civilazation they meet. In order to put an end, he either stole the squid weapon and turn it against them as you imply, or either he manages to manufacture on Earth and send to LV this squid, genetically created to destsroy sjs. That's why I call it a big turnaround. But Mr Weyland appears also in the virals as higly passionate and a long-shot guy. Maybe again he simply went and studied this squid creature, which has a bio-cycle that can prolong or create life possibly for the sjs, and just wants to steal this secret to prolong his life and ambitions of immortality. I cant see how Weyland steals the Organism and makes a Bio Weapon and then takes it back to wipe out the SJ's One theory i have is that what we are dealing here is. A Bio Former (Whats in the Urns) Some other Oganism (whats in Urns?) Maybe some indigenous Organism. Either the Jockey has created the Worm things or they are some kind of indigenous Organism or something they brought from somewhere else to carry out more experiments on. Only while their creation secret created maybe man and other life, when it is used on some kind of Organism be that indigenous to LV223 or brought from somewhere else by the SJ's they end up creating something that gets out of hand and goes on the rampage. What i mean is they seem a race who conduct experiements, maybe they use their Bio Former and Gene Altering Tech on another lifeform and create a Monster that gets out of controll by acident? Or they create it on purpose as a Bio Weapon but they underestimate it and its escapes. Years may have past and the infestation/escape of Organism had been under controll and in storage, untill the crew of Prometheus start to tamper with stuff and set out a chain of events that could create said Organism or simular. The Space Jockey are awoken (maybe when David Activates the Star Map) the SJ are not too pleased and as punishment they decide to release the Organism that they once created but nearly wiped them all out. They decide to unleash this on earth. Only one problem, they took a safety precaution and the Organism/Bio Weapon, well what remained was shipped to LV426 a Baron Moon for Storage and Confinement so as that it can no longer escape and cause havock with the SJ's again. The Derelict has to make a trip to LV426 to park up and load up on its Cargo, only someone has stowed away and once the SJ is back in his seat they unleash something else on him to stop him in his tracks. Maybe thats whats going on, or some elements of it, This would explain... 1) Not seeing the exact Alien Xeno untill the end of the movie in some form. 2) The dead Space Jockeys. 3) The Derelict parking on LV426 as Ridley sugests.
