The Descent

I saw 1, but wasn't overly impressed. Seemed like chicks in caves bathed in blood throughout.

The extended directors cut of that first film....LOVED IT !!!

Might I suggest you see this...no creatures, just Humans, twice as scary... "I Spit On Your Grave" extended.

the first descent was great until ... crappy supernatural ending ruined all ...the second was too much the same .

@Frantz. In light of the second one, I think that was just her mind unraveling, or her having a nightmare, not truly supernatural.

interesting twist with some of the girls turning on one another. spooky concept. i curled up in the beginning when the girl got stuck between the rocks, i dont think ive watched a scene that got my claustrophobia going that bad just from watching since....(dare i say it).... tank girl that scene when they slid her head first down the tube that got smaller and smaller until she got wedged still bothers me. it may have actually CAUSED my claustrophobia.

The claustrophobic part was definitely the most scary. The movie did not end well. When you see that there's a horde of these things and a huge pile of bones, you just can't suspend your disbelief anymore. How exactly was an large tribe of these things eating and surviving without drawing anyone's attention?
