looks pretty much like November release according to that site. Never know though, it could change. Too far off to tell.

I live near Edogawa.... I live in Kotoku (Toyosu) and work in Yurakucho.
You in Edo?
I have a four month wait for the movie, it releases here in August. Another three more for the blue ray. When I buy blue rays, I buy from the U.S.. It is cheaper than buying locally even with the shipping.

By the way, I read Forever War, the book, a month or two back.
Enjoyed it, but I haven't read any of his other books.

in California, splitting my time between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area...with relatives in Roppongi and Osaka..I get over there 3 or 4 times a year...I'm going into blackout mode when the film opens in Europe, you have a tough wait

That's a very convenient commute.
Asa wa suwareru desho. ;•)

Yea, the commute is 8 minutes by train, I think. And yes, I get a seat every morning. It is like I don't live in Tokyo. A lot of my colleagues travel an hour or more each day. I already work a lot, so no point in adding 15 hours to the work week just on commuting.
After the earthquake, some people had a 5-6 hour walk home. My train was running when I went home later that night. I felt bad.

Hey Forever War, Roppongi and Osaka are cool. I try to stay away from Roppongi nightlife though. Saw the sunrise there at 5:30AM one too many times.....
Sounds like you travel some of the best cities in the world. Haven't been to SF, but I will at some point.

Forever WarApril 27, 2012
Yep the nightlife will bleed your wallet, that's for sure...and I've also missed the last train more than my share. San Francisco is well worth a visit, beautiful and unique....stay down by the Marina. Decent public transit unlike Los Angeles.

Zehi! Kite kudasai. It's very cosmopolitan for a city of under a million. There is a lot going on here.

Tokyo, The SF Bay area is the most beautiful city in the world, with gorgeous natural areas all around. It's my favorite city. I highly recommend it..
