I would assume that what we have here is kind of the following. 1) Crew come under Attack in temple, and Vickers from Prometheus comands them to return to the ship. 2) We see a ATV carrying the crew with 2-3 injuried/infected people on board and Vickers commands everyone to hurry back on the ship. 3) Its at this point that one crew member who was attacked, flips out and starts to attack the other members of the crew. Which leads to gun shots and torching etc. 4) While this is happening some of the crew outside must stand back out of harms way inc Shaw and Holloway. 5) Once the Mutants had been taken care of, the others outside return inc Shaw, but i suspect Vickers is not keen on letting Holloway come aboard as he is also carrying some kind of infection, just not in as serious condition. 6) This brings us to the scene where Holloway has his hands up, i think he is trying to plead with Vickers and reason with her, that he feels 100% and to let him on board. Thats what i think those events lead to.

yeah, i agree, but that scene appears to be the start of everything going bad. the scene im talking about is where fifield leaps off the ATV onto someone, same scene, we think, where the gun weilding crew comes in with what we've come to call the old man. in this trailer it appears we're seeing another view from that, with someone standing in the doorway, seemingly firing at fifield as he drops down on whoever it is, picking up whatever they're picking up. i am struggling to post a frame from the trailer as a picture...any suggestions?

its kinda contradiction when Vickers is the corporate insider , having inside knowledge and then letting the infected into the ship again..she would endanger herself, too..
