random thought on David and Shaw

Greetings! I've been following the forum religiously and I'm new to posting so please go easy on me hehe.. After watching the latest trailer, I got stuck on the shot of David admiring Shaw while she's in her cryo-sleep. Could this possibly take place towards the end of the film, David transporting a xeno-impregnated Shaw back to Earth? any thoughts?

i think not because you see many other cryo tubes behind the one of Shaw . I think is just a way to introduce a character . Someone have thought that he read dreams ( improbable for me ) or that he read a possibile shaw's pregnancy ( a bit too nasty in the view of what happen later ) ...anyway are both heavy speculations .

I second @Frantz: I think it much more likely this is simply the "wake-up" sequence near the beginning. Personally, I'd really love that the sequence to have absolutely no significance at all.
