I have not noticed any liquid from the Saucer... But yes that image above was interesting... I am thinking that if this is in the movie then its the Water Fall Scene and it will tell of in the beging there was but simple Organisms on Earth as in the Image and the Engineers came to the Earth and then created at least Mankind. I think the Water Fall Scene could be kind of going the creation Story from Genisis in the Bible and mixing that up with Evolution and Ancient Aliens. I think Ridley is going to give a orgin of life that combines all three.

yep just the edge of the saucer moving though a cloud. The other sequence is of a DNA Helix forming, you can see other blurry objects which are more DNA but out of focus.

Panspermia is a natural process all be it a theoretical one, Prometheus implies direct intervention by Aliens in the beginning of life on earth. as for Abiogenesis again that is theoretically natural...the study of the processes whereby inorganic structures and compounds produce organic ones and also the idea that all life shares a common ancestor somewhere back in time all of which could have been started by the engineers. If so it would involve the ability to synthesize or manipulate existing atoms and molecules in a 3D environment and use these as your building blocks. not to mention knowing what every possible combination of base pairs would result in and also to know how to set things up so a few billion years later we show up with a body structure and sensory organ arrangement just like the big guys........ tricky i would think. very big ideas

Those are not air bubbles. They seem, to me, to be tiny particles, or distinct bodies, that are either attaching themselves to, or being drawn to, whatever that DNA segment-looking thing is.

Double helix-->DNA. DNA is a molecule, so it would not be visible to human eyes just like that. So what are we looking at, a model?

It [i]could[/i] be suggested optics of some unimaginable Sci-Fi Magic order of resolution...but, still, the idea of being able to just observe individual [i]molecules[/i] in real time like this seems a little hard to swallow; or, it could be a diagram sequence, "for audience eyes only" - eg: we zoom right into a cell?.... It all depends where this occurs and what the context is - if there are no speaking characters around at the time, obviously they are not there to explain the significance of what we may have just seen before: so it's explained by zooming into a cell....
