People magazine films of summer

people magazine is a family mag and would feature PG-13 films over an R rated film that scares little children!

....it's cause it does'nt feature Jennifer Aniston as the leading character or Brad Pitt as david...and also the fact that it does not feature any songs from lady gaga or madonna...can you imagine the music video?

Not only that but I have noticed a lot of the major magazines are holding off the newer article reviews until after the movie ... hence why there's a dry up on write-ups for Prometheus ... :/ ...

@Juxtapose — Oh, I don't know, I think Gaga could do the Prometheus music video up right. Scene 14: Cuddles bursts forth from her abdomen. She puts the umbilical cord in her mouth like a rose and starts tangoing with him while the laser surgeon frantically tries to stitch up her bleeding wound. He caresses her mutated brow ridges with his tentacles. A cadre of 24 David 8s step in dressed in zentai latex by Gaultier—each outfit is unique—then, [i]Alejandro[/i] style, they fall in step behind her (where they BELONG). Madonna simply files suit for [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWL2SVpGh3I]copyright infringement[/url]. Kylie calls Michel Gondry and plots for her next comeback. Gaga's only comment in the press is "Bitch, Please."

@ sukkal....Lmao....yip that's pretty much how i invisioned it....but the blue guy will also show up for a quick little dance with Gaga...picking her up like ballerina....and then throw in some suggestive hip movements from the engineer as he finally gets her up against a wall with her left foot over his shoulder....;)

Gaga ain't really my scene....but her videos are interesting and she does have a huge show appeal....nah rather give me Pj Harvey, Heather Nova or Tori Amos...I can tolerate Madonna and Gaga on the radio....but i don't see myself buying an album!

Was not familiar with Pj Harvey, but asked hubby and something about blah blah like Radiohead blah blah collab with Tom York. (He's very [url=http://cubosity.com/]musically inclined[/url]. Has started playing it from his iTunes.) Did not know Heather Nova either, but I see that she's my age and was at RISD (as was husband, but a few years after her presumably). Small world-ish. ....check out "oyster-Heather nova"....one of my all time favorite albums...if not my all time favorite...also Pj Harvey is fantastic.....super talented....anyway yeah serious hijack....people and Prometheus.....nah sorry they don't gel so well...go look at serious publications instead!

Fox is owned by NewsCorp. There may be some reluctance to promote a competitor's film.
