Just re-watching the new trailer and it's only a second but is that an Egg sitting on the table that something explodes out of? Or is that the SJ's head? It happens so quick I can't make it out.

Hmm, which frame? I don't see any egg exploding in trailer.

In one of the trailers it shows a face on the thing on the table right before it explodes. In a released clip it shows Shaw running after something in a bag and screaming about how she lost the head. Therefore, I believe it to be a head.
