Just a rant here. Mods feel free to delete as necessary. As a moderator on other sites, I greatly appreciate all that the staff does for this one. I've worn your shoes, and feel your pain!
On the open forum, for several days, we dealt with constant complaining of some members who did NOT want anything spoiled for them in the film. As silly and by definition "insane" as that idea was, the staff went out of their way to build a "spoiler" section, and posted the rules clearly for all to see. When I log in, it is in LARGE BOLD PRINT on the front page. In short, a man so stupid as myself gets it without any pictures to guide me.
So we have this spoiler section now, and it seems every day there are more and more "theories" posted by members who refuse to try the search feature, and have NO clips or articles to back up the ideas they post. FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT GRASP THE CONCEPT- SUCH THINGS ARE NOT SPOILERS. THEY ARE YOUR PERSONAL OPINION. IF YOU ARE CORRECT IN THE END, GREAT! If not, you've spoiled nothing but our time expecting to see something new.
While many members do not want to see spoilers- which makes coming here a bit stupid IMHO, others including myself do wish to see them. If you have a theory, post it in the Prometheus discussion forum. If you have something NEW that has not been seen or read, post it here. How hard is this?
