Snake exiting body--new commercial

I don't have a screen cap of it, but last night I was watching the NBA on ESPN and they had a new spot featuring a new blink-and-you-miss-it piece. A snake or creature was exiting the mouth of its host and seemingly attacking another. I would bet that the guy with the glasses who has it go down his mouth is the host, and it looked like his body had been sucked dry, or converted. His mouth was open and the snake lept from his open mouth. Anyone else see this and get a cap? Neat-o.
