I assume that the "he" is Weyland and even though people are infected and/or mutating and dying, Weyland is still ordering David to do whatever it takes to find his fountain of youth. When you ignore Asimov, things go instantly to hell in a hand basket... Nice drama there, but the Weyland Industries page has a whole brochure/info page on the David 8 and it says it is capable of lifting 700 lbs., (318 kg), so how does Vickers push him around like that unless he allowed her to do it?

the bio on him on the Weyland website says 700 lbs. I'm sure someone here has seen the whole website for Weyland Industries that accompanies and enhances the whole Prometheus Project. It is entertaining reading. As to David, I never completely trust an android's programming.

I think David is passive-aggressive indeed. Thinking about Bishop's programming and quote, "It is impossible for me to harm or by omission of action, allow to be harmed, a human being." But then again, the Company has a clause or a work around for everything. I wonder if Vickers' threat to cut him off did something to his behavioral inhibitor.

Bishop was just back on the Asimov programming. It's invaluable.
