Running time?

Sorry, this has probably been asked before (and maybe even answered) - but does anyone have any idea how long the actual film will be? My speculation, especially since Ridley got his "R" rating, is towards 3 hours, given the potential complexities of even what we already know about the story so far. Thoughts?

I read somewhere that it is about the 2 hour mark (maybe 1h 59m), although I'm not sure if that is including the credits though?

in the french conference R.S. actually says minus credits its about 1h 50 min or so. the french reviewers said it was "over 2 h". im guessing with intro and creds its just over 2h. critics alway blow things out proportion.
