The jockey on lv 426 is much older an accidnet from the same monster maybe it dispached many years ago and crashed . When the alien was born the interaction between the ampules and alien dna might have turned the canisters into eggs. In some sence the question was answred but instead of showing us the old jockey they showed us a new one on a new planet.
