I saw someone ask who that old fart was! Stupid. And, then at the end some kids were super happy to be near Giger, and guy with the mask had Giger sign his mask, and spoke out. I don't know about you Svanya, but if Giger was next to me, I would not be able to speak..... Period. If anything I would ask if he wanted to join me for a drink, just maybe...

The ones that don't know who Giger was don't deserve to be at the premier, that's basic Alien 101 knowledge.

Jesus... I was born in '92, and i know about Giger. What a bunch of prats. Anyhow... Did you hear the folks talking while he was in front of them... I mean, how the hell do you responde to that?! Awkward moment, much? It would be another thing if he could take the time to talk to a large group. That would be cool. He should go to an event like that. He seems like a very interesting person to talk to.

Totally agree with jingles. Subspecies is the correct word for these "people". Why do they even care...

Anyone who is a fan not just of Alien, but many other films with the Giger touch who does not know or recognize this artistic icon is an idiot. Met Mr. Giger in Zurich by chance and he is the sweetest, most gracious person that anyone with a BRAIN could hope to meet. Can you imagine the human test patterns that he has encountered over the years?
