And when "Ms. Yutani" becomes part of Weyland Industries is that when Weyland Industries becomes known simply as "The Company"? And Then begins its search for the owners of the "Plasma Pistol" -"This weapon is not of this world".

Sir Peter Weyland founded Weyland Industries in 2023.
