There are lots of books on the subject of aliens but I believe two writers stand out from the rest. Raymond E. Fowler and Dolores Cannon. Fowler's book Watchers II is one of the most interesting books I've read on the subject of aliens and abduction. And includes the subject of humanoids and regeneration. And hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon has written several highly informative books. Her book The Keepers of the Garden explaining in detail how aliens seeded life on Earth. These works are regarded as classics in the genre.

there are a couple of good videos regarding this matter in youtube as well [the ones that make the questions and point to contradictons, not the ones that say "look everybody this is what really happened"]
