long time lurker or short time troll ?? I mean ...87% of people on rotten tomatoes liked it 8 top critics on 10 liked it ... and we get all the whiners here ?? Too much of a coincidence .

Rotten Tomatoes' current rating of Prometheus is down to 75% now. Roughly 1/3 of all the critics (including the top critics, more or less) gave it a "rotten" rating.

75% on rottentomatoes and 61% on metacritic at the moment.

@Frantz... the only troll I see here is you, all butthurt cause someone on the internet doesn't share your opinion. Prometheus sucked. You can keep telling yourself how great it was, but quit trying to convince those of us (with common sense) that it didn't suck. you guys just look like whiny fanboys .

Frantz seams to spend all his time lurking around the Prometheus Disliked threads and keeps reposting his anodyne/denial filled comments. Frantz, I like to come to the disliked threads because I thought the movie was a horrific disappointment. After bigging it up for 2 years to friends and colleauges I was shocked and gutted with the final film, appalled even. I come on here because I like to share my grief - its theraputic to discuss all the movies shortcomings with like minded people who feel equally short changed. I dont hang around the "Liked" thread because there is nothing for me to connect to. I would be a TROLL. Why dont you get back to the "LIKED" section and leave us alone to discuss the reasons why we believe the movie failed so badly. Your like some creepy unwelcome guy hanging around a party where his constant prods and jive are just not welcome. You insult us, you have NO respect for our opinions and seem to be nothing more than a narrow minded TROLL... Please go AWAY!

Hello dear friend(s); good or bad storyline- who cares? mind that it's the only sci-fi horror movie in 3d over this season, it's gonna get a blockbuster anyway; i bet for the pending weeks/months Hollywood-marketing guys will have a look on this site for their evaluation. It makes me just recite one of your sayings 'like it or leave it'.
