MemberOvomorphJun-11-2012 9:34 AMI tried searching for a topic about this issue and didn't see one out here yet. One of the burning questions I had about the movie was the lack of follow through about the second android that was hinted at in earlier interviews with Ridley Scott.
Was it all just a red herring and there never was one to begin with or did they just not follow through on that plot device?
Aside from the accusation made by Capt. Janek to Vickers I didn't see where they really touched on this subject?
Any other thoughts on this?

MemberOvomorphJun-11-2012 9:52 AMPossibly, however I wonder if there still is a 2nd android lurking about but it wasn't introduced in the movie. I was thinking either Vickers could be that android or another copy of David was hidden away somewhere on the ship. Another David model would probably be the simplest explanation, since they kind of joked around with Vickers being an android but I guess Janek disproved that theory. lol
Of course I figure my assumption is wrong, I just wanted to see if anyone else was wondering about this too.
