Tomb in ampule room

it isn't necessarily a Tomb. Holloway states "just another tomb" because he is an archeologist and he is finding [up to that point] long gone things.

I saw the green proto-crystal as yet another Engineer science experiment using DNA manipulations. Engineers are working on a project some kind which involves DNA mutations or mutagens. Creating new species with strong survival capabilities. Who know maybe they were trying to improve their own DNA some how or add new capabilities to their own species or drop off new species in harsh environments. I did not see a Jesus connection with the exception that clearly Shaw has a religious affiliation and some belief system in a superior being i.e. God/Jesus as exemplified by her wearing a cross. Which is a recognized symbol to all Christians. Humans were well on their way by the time of the birth of Jesus. So it is to me an unlikely reference to the death of Jesus.

I hope RS doesn't start mixing the Alien universe with christian mythology. It will sink the entire Prometheus series for me.

Maybe the tomb is the place where the engineers kept their weapons or something?

I would have liked more exploration of the temple/tomb...it just all happened so quick it took all the mystery and wonder out of it.

well we know they use ancient aliens and what do they find there, they try to say that all religion/mythology seem to be connected. call it another m-theorie so let's see how that evolves
