A friend of actor Daniel Twiss (Sacrifice Engineer) recently posted these to Reddit. I don't think they've popped up on here yet. The engineers are def one of my favorite parts of the movie.

Cant remember now, whether they had any tint to their colour, quite goth, or maybe its just that annoying blue light making everything look lobster pink. Thanks a ton for posting.

Its interesting to see how flattened stand ins for the blue cube in Prometheus occupy the same space in each of the frames above. In the first picture the engineer is partially painted IMO, wearing that armour like a breastplate and we see a flat computer screen emanating a blue/white source, where the tints are warm, and green yellow. In the second shot, he's fully painted and there's plenty of blue light, particularly the blue ceiling light. If we were allowed to bet on Prometheus, I would say this...if you really want to get to know thy inner engineer, maybe reading about 2 preparations for the dead in ancient greece and norse legends might help. If those aren't the Norns (aside from their real names), the blondes in the photos...then ..well..nothing its just an opinion :P

2nd Pic: Sir Ridley: "Now you listen here young man. I don't care if you're the f*** mother-f**** son of a B**** As***** that goes around the goddam hills runni' naked and drinkin' some goddam goo sh** that starts human life on this planet. You, son, will NOT drink my tea and eat my twinkie".

The makeup is really well done. I'm sure it was freaky being around them the first few times. Regardless of what people are saying about Weyland's makeup and the other less-than-perfect things about the production. I think they REALLY nailed the look for the Engineers. MORE. NEXT. TIME. P L E A S E ! ! :•D
