I've been thinking a lot about the concept of free will a lot lately which they talk about in the article. I've been thinking about it because I've been listening to the Tool song "Right In Two" over and over again. Great song and I wanted to post the lyrics because if you replace the term "angels" with "engineers" it really could apply to Prometheus and the Engineer's view of their creation... Great find, Engineering. That one was captivating. Thank you! I've never seen a film generate such a wealth of stimulating information. That was kinda chilling, the Frankenstein parallels, which have been around for a while, being so neatly defined.

that 2001 reference could also be a Prometheus reference, now here me out when fifield returned to the Prometheus he attacked 2 guys on the ramp, most notably the second one he tossed a guy off a vehicle and jumped and did a 1-2 slam punch on the guys head...now most gorilla's have been known to use that technique, and as for the man...who are we supposedly evolved from???? eh...

Tool is my all-time favorite ;-)

Engineering Thanks for the article link..it was a worthwhile link. If the Bio Engineering works out for the good no complaints for anybody.. But as failures occur..and cannot be contained in the labs,,then the human outcry to stop testing would occur. THe real question is should Bio-engineering contnue,,is sort of rhetorical,,,of course but will because of a natural curiosity. That reminds me of David and his curiousity..leading to harmful decisions to crew members. Maybe we are more Android David,,than human..
