Deleted Scene from ALIEN?

Giger's paintings and the movie itself have many sexual references, and Lambert's death is one of the most explicit ones. I don't think however, that Ridley scott wanted a whole scene showing lambert's fate, just the reference.

I think when you see Lambert hanging, her skin from her leg is stretched out - as if to give the impression she may have been hung and drawn
