So not only is there this HUGE topic title text, you don't even know what you're wading through and how far to get past stickied posts
Another place where this overhaul has hit the mark imo

AdminPraetorianAug-20-2012 5:10 PMThe sticked posts should have an icon beside them. Perhaps with the recent forum changes the icon has disappeared.
