Aaahhh, spoilers!! lol. Jk, sweet. I like the menu. I'm glad it's not just a montage of rapid scenes from the movie. That always gets on my nerves..

wow, these scenes really should have been included. they really add something to the movie. i like how vickers acknowledges that theres a creature next door. it seemed like nobody in the movie was aware of that. also milburn & fifield finding the cocoon skin, very cool indeed. ridley should have said screw it, & kept these scenes in. it would have added so much more to the film.

I think that the dead skin is from the Hammerpedes ... LOL Now I wonder if Jesus was supposed to be an Engineer in Prometheus.

oh my god, there's GALLONS MORE deleted scenes/stills on that site, [url=http://www.avpgalaxy.net/2012/09/09/prometheus-dvd-menu-deleted-scenes-images/#more-13774]DVD version 'acquired'[/url]. It's such a pity that no RESTORATION CUT was compiled for THE FANS, the original 02:35:00 that Ridley originally submitted, would have ROCKED. RAAAAAWKED PS: from a quick look at the discussion thread on AVPnet, it looks like THE BEST DELETED/ALTERNATIVE SCENES are gonna be saved for the Blu-Ray version. So unhappy about this content split across formats. Not on, not at all...

the TEN MINUTES OF DELETED SCENES that Vimeo was hosting has now been pulled (as has the metacafe backup) but it was 'interesting' while it was viewable. Basically, it was six scenes of connective tissue: 1) Vickers wakes up in a mood. 2) Millburn finds a pair of alien tights. 3) Shaw tells a fairy tale to a bored crew. 4) Vickers is rude to David (again). 5) Intellectual foreplay before Shaw submits to Holloway. 6) Vickers confronts daddy. And there's still 30 minutes or so of deleted footage - which I don't really understand because even these six scenes add FAR MORE MEAT TO THE BONES of what was released. It's like the MOVIE ITSELF was a TRAILER for the MARKETING CAMPAIGN that is the real sales mover, the Blu-Ray. For remember, the extra 30 minutes looks like it's only gonna make it onto the Blu-Ray, not the DVD. Looks like I'll have to get my Extended Version from France this Xmas, like I did with the excellent Avatar Extended DVD from Fnac.

Yes does seem like the hammerpede I hope it has them getting stoned or drunk on something very strong too to explain why they are putting there faces in 9 ft long evil looking penis worms!

Well its all about cashing in on the Cow.... I would not be surprised if they end up showing a Extended Cut in the Cinema next years and also that by the time the Trilogy Box Set comes out say in 2017 that there will be even more goodies from the Previous Prometheus that was never shown so that those who own Prometheus and Paradise will have to go out and fork out some more cash again to get to see every missing scene etc.

That is all kinds of awesome, thanks for sharing these with us! They look great. I especially like the scene of Milburn finding a shredded skin, or cocoon - reminds me of ALIEN. Can't wait to see them all when the DvD comes out.

The dead skin clearly is trying to imply similiarities between the old monster and the new one. So to say that the original franchise is completely out of the picture is premature, do you think?
