Might be him. . .or it's just because of the change of light. But I think yes, it gives a bit logical root for the idea how did he open the door.

Yes! I thought I saw a shadow pass in the widow of the escape pod's door behind Shaw as she is gathering medical supplies. I thought it was Juggernaut wreckage & falling debris the first time I saw the scene.

This is not in the theatrical release that I saw. I had a good look last night. Nothing in the window. @pulse: The Engineer forced an internal door aside. We don't get to see what he did with the main airlock.
