Financial Problems in Paradise

One other thing I noticed about the Mural in the head chamber on the ceiling. Maybe that mural of the engineer, and the creature next to him is a early version of us with our creator. I believe creating a race of beings on earth for whatever reason was incredibly expensive, and if the project failed, well who knows what the financial ramification would have been on the creators. Was God a failed corporation.

Am I to understand that the sacrificial engineer had just seen his tax return ?

The sacrificial Engineer was paying his taxes, Engineer-style! Bank of LV-223 was behind the funding of the Drednaught on LV-426 & lost their shirts in the deal, but were bailed out by Weyland Industries!

I wonder if the black goo in the urns is a form of currency? That would put a strange twist on things. I can't think of any off hand, but has anyone ever really done a sci fi, horror , thriller, bank job film? a sort of Reservoir Xeno's

Well, they say money is the root of all evil. The black goo gave us Cuddles, Zombield, Hammerpedes .... It could be a candidate for currency.

I like the idea that they blackmail other colonies for there resources, if they do not comply, they get goo'd.
