. Regarding the hologram with weyland

When holoway and shaw did their presentation with the crew of prometheus, it show peter weylandin a hologram. Thing was that weyland seemed to be interacting with holoway and co, initially i thought this was bad script. Then it dawned on me that perhaps since weyand was in cryosleep but in a conscience state maybe he was watching and controlling the hologram..................? im sorry if this has been done

That is a very interesting theory. in the movie david was talking to him through the helmet with the yellow visor, there must be some sort of two way device. When david was watching shaws dream the colour and quality were the same as weylands hologram, im guessing there is some sort of connection.

Weyland's a nut-job control freak, and he'd be well up for recording such a stunt years in advance. All he really did in his little speech was tell a story and indicate that Holloway & Shaw had the floor to themselves. Not bad writing at all, and I don't see any good reason to introduce any additional complication like controlling the stunt in real time.

weyland seemed to line himself up right beside holloway and shaw. When he said "leave the floor....." and then said their names. he then indicated to them by nodding to each of them in the correct positions . the odds of doing all that from a recording are abit high?

@pulserifle187 I am with you on this subject. It could have been presented better if it was live. And it seemed that Holloway and Shawknew exactly where to stand and place themselves. It curious that Holloway assumed the leadership role in then presentation with Shaw nearby. And Shaw was the last Scientist standing at the end of the movie.
